To disable the manual lockout feature in TopstepX, you have two options:

  1. Wait for Automatic Unlock: The manual lockout automatically lifts at 5:00 PM CT daily, allowing you to resume trading without any intervention.
  2. Reactivate Your Account: If you prefer immediate access before the automatic unlock, you can cancel and then reactivate your subscription. To do this, navigate to the billing section of your account, cancel your current subscription, and then reactivate it. This process should unlock your account promptly.

Please note that once the manual lockout is engaged, it cannot be reversed by Topstep’s Trader Support Team. Therefore, it’s essential to use this feature judiciously to maintain control over your trading activities.
